who we are
built to fix what the broker system can’t.

US Industrial Exchange exists because frac sand trade still runs on brokers, phone calls, and 90-day payment terms. We built a marketplace that gives operators and mines transparent pricing, verified supply, and payment that moves.

Why we built the exchange.

Texas runs two of the most active play in the country – Haynesville Shale in East Texas and the Permian Basin in the west – and both still buy and sell sand the old way: a broker in the middle, prices nobody can see, and sellers waiting months to get paid. Operators overpay by 10-30% per ton. Mines finance their own customers. The only party that reliably wins in the middleman.

So we built the alternative: a neutral digital marketplace where verified buyers and mines transact directly. Real prices on the screen. A flat 5% fee on completed orders instead of a hidden markup. Factoring at checkout so sellers get funded in 7-21 days. And distance-based sourcing so sand comes from the closest mine, not the broker’s favorite one.

The team behind the platform.

Proven scale

our team helped scale a digital commerce client from $600M to over $1B in 18 months.

Data-driven operations

analytics and reporting built into every order, for both sides of the trade.

Marketplace engineering DNA

a decade of building transactions systems, payment flows, and the infrastructure legacy industries run on.

We don’t touch the sand. That’s the point.

USIX does not buy, sell, broker, store, ship, insure, or take possession of any products. Every transactions run directly between the buyer, the seller, and – when used – the factoring partner. The neutrality is what makes the marketplace work for both sides: we have no inventory to push and no side to favor. Our only incentive is more completed, transparent trades.
